Outdoor Body Camp

60 minutes of cardio drills, circuit and core training for all fitness levels, to improve speed, strength and agility for whatever it is that you play!  Bring a mat, towel and water.  Choose either morning or evening sessions.

5 Peaks Trail Running Part 2

Train for the 5 Peaks Trail running series with this program that will focus on the ‘Sport Course’ distance.  It is designed for runners who are comfortable with a road run of 60 minutes and who have been running injury free for six months.
